Microsoft has for the upcoming release of Gears of War: Ultimate Edition released a trailer where the iconic character Augustus Cole is central.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition is a remaster of the original from 2006. The remaster supports 1080p resolution and a frame rate of 60 fps. Furthermore, the graphics are polished and there are new multiplayer modes in the remaster.
The remaster gives players access to the multiplayer beta of Gears of War 4. This will in 2016 start. Gears of War 4 itself appears late 2016. Gears of War: Ultimate Edition released in Europe on August 28th for Xbox One. The PC version will appear on an unspecified date in 2015. For more information read our review.
